Steve Sabins and George Handley will serve as co-chairs and sponsors of the family and community working group. Members of the group will consider many important issues, which include but are not limited to these questions:

• How do speed and ubiquity help family stability?

• How can families take advantage of the Internet without bringing bad things into a home?

• How can families take advantage of speed and ubiquity to supplement family income?

• How can speed and ubiquity improve citizen engagement?

• How do speed and ubiquity influence housing density and community growth?
